Bigger rewards.
Better ricochets.
Winning a round should buy you more ridiculous possibilities. This update puts more credits in the winner’s pocket, makes the Reset Button easier to afford, and gives ricochet shots more bite.
More room in the weapon budget.
The round-victory bonus is now 2,000 credits, up from 400. Participation and survival rewards stay the same. A surviving winner receives 2,250 credits at the end of the round, before any credits earned from damage and kills.
The Reset Button now costs 5,000 credits, down from 10,000. The explosion is just as ridiculous. It is simply easier to bring one to the next round.
Ricochets that earn their place.
Ricochet III now matches Precision Shell’s direct-hit elimination of a tank with no armor or shield. Against a protected tank, its ordinary damage remains 62, with the normal defense rules.
Ricochet II deals 85 ordinary damage per hit. An unprotected tank starting at 100 HP is left with 15 HP. Defenses can reduce that damage.
The bounce counts and prices are unchanged. Ricochet shots can still come back to the shooter. Mirrors and invulnerability still work, so choosing a target matters.
A smaller, more useful arsenal.
Wide Blast Bomb and Wide Excavation Charge have been removed from the active arsenal. The shop, weapon selector, shooting range and computer opponents now use the remaining 24 weapons.
The campaign’s former Wide Blast Bomb reward is replaced by two Compact Blast Bombs. The aim is to make the choices more useful, without taking away the chaos.
Also in the Roblox update.
These balance changes also apply to Roblox, alongside two fixes specific to that version:
- Camera Help can be opened and closed while aiming, during a shot, and while the action settles.
- Resolve AI Round is an optional shortcut once every human-controlled tank has been eliminated. Any participant can choose it; the game finishes only that round and returns to the usual results and shopping. If someone joins and takes over a living tank, the shortcut stops so they can play normally.
